Need to know your status?

You can log in any time to check on the status of your registration and if we have an issue with your registration we will notify you there. We process new students from 8am until midnight, 7 days per week. If you upload clear, complete, legible images of your documents, we will usually get you approved within 20 minutes.

I CAN'T LOG IN

Go here and enter your username, email address, or complaint number. It will give you your login credentials.

I NEED AN EXTENSION

Some courts allow the schools to grant a first-time extension, but the State has strict rules on how we apply those extensions. We are only able to grant you an extension if you register and pay in full before the 7 day deadline. If you missed your deadline, or if you need more time to be able to pay, you need to call the court and ask them directly for a continuance. Some courts will grant it over the phone, some will deny it, some will require you to write a letter to the judge - it's all up to the individual courts.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Sometimes our automatic emails get caught in spam filters. Not to worry - you can simply log in to the site at any time to check your status.
